You are red... Violent red...

This art piece tells the story about violence; it’s a self-portrait of me smoking a cigarette. I wanted to portray the violence that there could be in this world, the reflection of me in the mirror, is red, a shocking color. I figured that it’s the story of a murderer that after killing a victim he looks at the mirror, and sees the violence imprinted his face, the mirror is cracked to represent this idea of turbulent scene.
